Q. Why do I need to have my energy system monitored?

A. Monitoring your system keeps you informed of your system efficiency, performance and can help you track your cost savings or income generation. It can also alert you to system maintenance needs such as cleaning of solar panels. Some energy rebate programs require monitoring.

Depending upon your system size and your energy provider/rebate requirements, you may not need to have your system monitored. Your system installer can help you determine whether or not your system needs monitoring.
